I got the PC blues
So for almost a year now my computer has been plagued with pop-up adware from both eDeals and PN1, the problem is that the programs have installed themselves deep into my computer to where I'm unable to physically get rid of them. They are neither in my programs file nor anywhere else on my computer, I've also tried several different adware removers but they've all failed.
This is becoming such a problem that I'm thinking of actually dishing out money to get my computer fixed. But before then I was wondering if anyone might have any ideas.

There are a two IT techs on the board so wait a day or two to see if they can respond. Generally it is going to involve starting your computer in SAFE MODE and running some anti-malware programs.
This link discusses using CCleaner to remove Edeal and I have used that program successfully before.
You are generally safer to pirate an anti-malware program than download one off a website (I think CCLeaner is free, though).
Can you describe the effects of one of them? Sometimes it is easier to stop thier effects than dig out the cause.

That except a little less extreme, though it still annoys the hell out of me and it even started to creep into my online game sites. Something very interesting has been happening with them though, the longer my computer stays on the more they become active and invasive. Until it becomes almost impossible for me to effectively do anything. Once I restart my computer though they creep back into the woodwork and start creeping out over the course of a few days.

If you are still fighting this battle let me know. I did some clean-up on my own computer and can recommend the tools that I used.

I am but I'm afraid that whatever is in my computer is embedded VERY deep, It almost seems like the adware is running on latent and liking script, generally it takes 2 to 4 days for it to actually start popping up but when it activates it infects everything. The right side as I just need to restart my computer and it goes back to sleep. It's a very interesting phenomenon to be honest

The fact it is targeting your browser suggests that is some sort of ad-ware. You should probably run something like ADwCleaner.
You will also need to check-out your browsers' extensions to delete suspicious add-ons. You should be running an AdBlock extension and some ad-wares will try to disable these.
Take a look at the steps in this anti-adware article to get some idea of how you start treating this infection.

Re: I got the PC blues
Already went through those steps multiple times, I've also brought in severable adware cleaners as well as my own built-in virus defense force. Nothing seemed to work :/ no add-ons in my extensions except add block and there are no programs installed into my computer that I don't know the purpose of...
Actually that's not true, I used to have the Adware programs in my programs list but I removed them a long time ago.

That's pretty hard-core. AdwCleaner and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware usually get out any major infections (and they are free). I was hoping either torgo23 or yellowdart would chime in as they have far, far more experience.

It almost sounds like a PUP (potentially unwanted program) running. They seem to keep installing adware until you remove every last trace of them. I was able to clean up mine with Malwarebytes. My antivirus stopped the PUPs from installing everywhere so it was a fairly easy fix luckily.
