Marshmallow Roll Empty Marshmallow Roll

This is a really delicious marshmallow roll.  The recipe is below the picture.  The recipe makes a lot of this treat so you can divide the amounts in half for a smaller portion.

Ingredient                                                         
Unsweetened Chocolate baking squares       2 X 1oz           2 X 28g
Graham cracker crumbs                              11 oz              300 mL
Finely chopped Almonds                              2 cups            450 mL
Large Marshmallows
Medium coconut for coating

Instructions
Melt chocolate in large saucepan over low heat or over hot water.  Stir often.  Remove from heat.

Stir in condensed milk, graham crumbs and almonds.  Divide into two portions.

On a piece of waxed paper, press out one portion 1/4 inch (0.5 cm) thick.  Form into shape wide enough to go around marshmallows.  Place marshmallows end to end and bring up batter to go around, pinching dough to join.

Coat with coconut.  Repeat for other half.  Wrap in waxed paper.  Store in plastic wrap in refrigerator.  Cut with knife dipped in hot water to serve.
