Lego: Everything is not Awesome

I wasn't sure what category to put this under but it has a nice song to it. This is a greenpeace video going after Lego for pairing up with Shell. The video is well done. There is a happier ending to this fairly depressing video. Lego did not renew their contract with Shell and Shell has stopped drilling in the arctic (which is the much more important of the two).

When I saw the title I was wondering how a band got the rights to the name LEGO? (It would be a great name).

The video was pretty slick - and I guess I'm intending the pun. Nice to hear the story behind it and the outcome.

I have a vivid memory of a defaced Shell sign when I was on the giant protest march in Quebec City. I was in the middle of the march and when we rounded a corner I could see someone must have climbed up a tall Shell gas station sign and crossed out the 'S' with black spray paint.  This was the point when I knew this march was going involved civil disobedience - by the end of the day the city was so clogged with tear gas that it looked like a cloudy mist had rolled in...
