Spider Noises
I wondered what sort of sound a spider was capable of. The miracle of the Internet provided a great video.

Re: Spider Noises
Although not quite the same but when Linda and I were in Puerto Rico on Vieques island we could hear the crabs moving around us. There were all over the branches and you didn't notice them at first. You just heard this weird clicking type noise as they moved. At first I didn't know what the noise was until we saw them move and at first we didn't know how many crabs there actually were and there were lots.
It was creepy cool kind of experience.

Re: Spider Noises
The spider isn't pissed, he's trying to seduce the lady spider or at least get some sort of confirmation that she won't attack him as he moves closer...
Having spent a few summers bug-hunting and I've seen plenty of weird insect & arachnid behavior but there was something about the way that spider used his front legs to try and hypnotize/cast a spell combined with the audibility of his noises that really caught my attention.
I'd like to seem that spider with flashing colored lights and techno playing. Or at least one of those spinning hypno-swirls behind it.
Dust mites, insects, centipedes, spiders and crabs all seem to have the same ancestor in a 7-foot-long segmented filter-feeder. http://www.pbs.org/newshour/updates/insects-evolved-giant-prehistoric-sea-creature/
