Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Insult Paper

The thing about reading leftist sites is you get many glimpses inside workers' jobs. Not just media-approved PR tours but actually stories from often disgruntled workers. This article is own how toilet paper is manufactured. The only reason I'm posting this is for the following fact:

"I once worked in a Fortune 500 paper mill that made toilet paper. Actually, we didn’t call it toilet paper. We referred to it as “bath tissue.” Also, we didn’t use words like feces or excrement or stool. Don’t ask me why, but the term the corporation used for poo was “insult.”

I checked out the Oxford English Dictionary and I cannot find a historical precedent for using 'insult' to mean 'feces'. The medical definition of 'insult' is "Anything which tends to cause disease in or injury to the body or to disturb normal bodily processes; also, the resulting reaction, lesion, or injury." The act of 'insulting' is a normal bodily process so that definition is no help. Why would an industry use such a loaded term?

I guess when we use toilet paper we 'insult' it?!?
