Utilitarian Philosophy: An action that results in the greatest pleasure for the utility of society is the best action, or as Jeremy Bentham, the founder of early Utilitarianism put it, as the greatest happiness for the greatest number.

In a completely unrelated topic: Did anyone hear about all the American politician-gangsters that got shot at that baseball field?  I know very few people will mourn the maiming of a few white, rich criminals whose daily job it is to promote war, sell arms, spread fundamentalism and violence, destroy the environment and enslave their own citizens, but we should... uh.... er.... sorry, I lost my train of thought....

I missed this post apparently!

I did cut back on my political intake for the past while but it is slowly starting to creep back into my daily consumption. I heard a little bit about the baseball shooting but didn't read anything about it.

It was shocked to find out that America had shoot down a Syrian fighter jet. I didn't hear anything about it until global research and antiwar mentioned it.

The last week was a nightmare, I wish I had kept to my no-politics pledge.

Trump is restarting the Afghanistan quagmire, he turned it over to the generals to do as they want - a complete abdication of responsibility, his campaign promises and his genitals.

Syria is verging on open US-Russia clashes... The US shot down a Syrian jet and 2 Iranian drones, Iran launched missiles into Syria, Iraq is increasingly siding with Syria against the US. Less than 20 years after 9-11, US planes are killing secular government troops to protect Islamic jihadists.

We are skirting a superpower conflict and all the #$@#ing Democrats do is make sure that Trump cannot making any deals with with Russia.


Still more documents are coming out showing Canada's foreign minister to be a Nazi-sympathizer, Ukrainian Hillary-clone and we're increasing military spending by 75% a week or two after Trump demanded that all NATO countries increase their military spending - but they are trying to spin this as necessary to be 'independent' of Trump. 

The baseball shooting was the one of the few bright spot....
