German 1990s Dark Wave?

Honestly I'm not sure what genre this.
These songs are from early 1990s Germany/Belgium. I consider 'Irregular Times' (1991) a classic (see here) since I discovered it on Napster 20 years ago, and I have also posted 'The Light Of Day' (1990) before (here). 'Mr. Moog's Brain' (1993) is a recent discovery that reminded me of the previous two so I've collected them all here. Hab Spaß!
