The Colonists

This colony started as a family and had tribal technology.
Here are the original members were - Comboa, Ant, Val, Braga, and Goldfish. Their last name is Toad.

The following is a list of the current members of Hookum's Bay (unfortunately why it was called Hookum's Bay is lost to memory).

Other than the orginal family I don't remember how everyone joined. Some were prisoners who we recruited, others were found injuried. Some were bought from slavers.

Comboa - 30 yr old, Female, Very Ambitious and drug friendly. Is friends with her brother, sisters and newfew. Also friends with Racoon and Takeru. As an adult she was a Shaman of the shadows. Her role in the colony is mostly research and tailoring. She suffers from anxiety and is overall frail. She has a scar on her nose from a bite and a old gunshot wound to her right leg. She is the spiritual leader of the colony and oldest sibling. She became an alcoholic after the Decayed Ape raid that killed Donkey. She have devloped cancer of the liver. She is in pain a lot and frequently has mental breaks which cause her to drink to excess.

Ant - 27 yr old, Male, who is very extroverted and upbeat. He is laid back, friendly and optimistic. Kinsey rating of 0. He is married to Raccoon and gets along with everyone except Kevin and Von Schild and even those are minor disagreements. He has two sons one named Donkey and the other named Irgo. He also has daughter named Vulture. Donkey was killed during a raid by the Decayed Apes. He likes to drink alcohol but is not addicted. Both his eyes were scratched by a squirrel and cause some issues. He also has an old gunshot wound to his left shoulder and he lost his left big toe to an axe during a raid. During his early adult years he was a weaver. He is the master builder of the colony and usually undertakes the complicated builds. The colony looks to him for reliability. He has often rushed into a fire fight to pull an injured colonist to safety.

Val - 19 yr old, Female, Drug friendly, Polite, and Generous. Kinsey rating of 6. Gets along with everyone except White. Val is outdoorsy and is considered a good shot. She does a lot of the mining and cooking. She is also a very cometent building and often helps her older brother Ant. She is very close with her other brother Braga. She is in good health.

Braga - 25 yr old, Male, who is very Intelligent, Creative, and Empathetic. Kinsey rating of 0. Braga is very social and likeable and gets along with everyone. Mars is Braga's best friend. Braga is a big man who is known to be powerful in melee combat. He carries a large Gisarme and is considered to be diplomat of the colony. He does all the trades for the colony. Braga is also a good cook and helps extensively with the sowing of crops. He particularly likes to grow smokeleaf. He has an old gunshot wound to the left leg which causes a limp.

Goldfish - Was killed when she got into a fight with Susskind (an evolved chimp that joined the colony). Goldfish had insulted Susskind and Susskind attacked. This event caused a great deal of turmoil in the colony. Shortly after Susskind killed Goldfish, Ant attacked Susskind and beat him severely. Tensions were very high and tough decisions had to be made. Should Susskind remain part of the colony? It was decided that Susskind could stay but he would be allowed no weapons.

Raccoon - 25 yr old, Female, who is very organized and upbeat. Kinsey rating of 0. Married to Ant and has three kids. A son named Donkey a daughter named Vulture and another son named Irgo. Donkey was killed during a raid by the Decayed Apes. Generally very well liked with in the colony. She is considered to the the healer of the group. She tends to the sick and injured and has been responsible for saving many of the colonists. She loves animals and has developed a close bond with a pig named Trixie. She is helpful in almost every aspect of the colony except defense. Although she doesn't object to violence she just isn't a very capable fighter. She is in good health. She previously had a miscarriage during the winter months due to starvation.

Kevin - 42 yr old, Male, who is very Extroverted and Aggressive. Kinsey rating of 0. His only friend is Takeru and he is on his way to becoming rivals with Ant and Von Schild. He was orphaned as a child and spent part of his adult life as a neuro scientist. He is very capable in almost all aspects of colony life. He is a very good shot and is a gifted researcher. His main role is research and hunting but pitches in with construction and cooking.

Von Schild - 39 yr old, Male, who is very Nostalgic, Emotional, and empathetic. Kinsey rating of 0. He is married to Pitts. He was a combat medic and his skills rival those of Raccoon's. He doesn't like socializing. He is also a very good farmer who helps grow healroots for the hospital. He likes to drink. Was beaten badly by Curro over after a conversation about manners.

Curro - 39 yr old, Male, who is very extroverted and judgemental. Kinsey rating of 2. He is good friends with Ant, Pitts, and Raccoon but rivals with Von Schild and Gates. He is large man and very capable in melee combat. His spent part of his adult life as a muffalo shaman. His role is often the butchering and cooking of animals. He likes to drink. Beat Von Schild badly after a conversation about manners.

Jules - 24 yr old, Male who is very Intelligent, emotional, and trusting. Kinsey rating of 0. Generally liked within the colony. He spent his early adulthood as a priest. He prefers to live in not luxurious rooms. He helps with nursing duties, cooking and farming. He is a pacifist and incapable of violence. He is in good health.

Mike - 41 yr old, Male, who is very intelligent and logical. He gets along with most other colonists. He was a ranch owner and is extremely good with animals. His role is training of colony animals. He suffers from extreme anxiety and often has to shut himself away. He is an alcoholic. He is married to Mars. They have a daughter named Farley.

Benton - 52 yr old, Male, who is very Intelligent, Experimental, and Logical. Kinsey rating of 1. He is well liked in the colony and is the oldest. Benton comes from the glitter world where the technology levels are high. He was a surgeon in the glitterworld. Without access to advanced technology Benton has taken a back seat role to the frontier medicine capabilites of Raccoon. Benton use to help out with farming duties but he recently suffered a heart attack. He is now mostly keeps the place clean and assists with doctoring and nursing. He has severe anxiety, and heart problems. He also had his nose bitten off by an elk. Benton received Takeru's nose after Takeru's death.

Takeru (deceased) - 31 yr old, Male, who is very extroverted and polite. Kinsey rating of 1. He is well liked. He was previously a minstrel and is an excellent artist. He creates most of the art for the colony and to be sold elsewhere. He is excellent at social interactions and fills in when Braga is not available. Takeru was killed in a freak mining accident. His neck was cut and he bleed to death almost immediately. His organs were harvested immediately and his nose was transplanted to Benton.

Gates - 48 yr old, Male, who is very extroverted, and cultured. Kinsey rating of 2. He is fairly well liked but doesn't seem to care for anyone. He is an excellent farmer. He was a lore keeper as an adult. He likes to drink.

Pitts - 46 yr old, Female, who is laid back and optimistic. Kinsey rating of 2. She is married to Von Schild and is currently pregnant. She does not like Kevin. She spent part of her adult life as a weaver and is excellent at crafts. She has a scar from a scratch on her right leg. She hates Navar and has beaten him severely twice.

Rina - 35 yr old, Female, who is extroverted and organized. Kinsey of 1. She is very well liked and is very good friends with Mars, Val, and Takeru. In her early adult life she was a digger. She helps with construction and mining. She is enjoys eating human meat. In good health.

Mars - 33 yr old, Female, who is very intelligent, and confident. Kinsey rating of 0. Gets along with everyone and is very good friends with Braga and Rina. She helps with most duties in the colony except mining and crafting. She is in good health but is an alcoholic. She is married to Mike and they have a daughter named Farley.

White - 46 yr old, Female, who is very extroverted, passionate, and romantic. Kinsey rating of 2.  A relative new comer to the colony who was purchased from slavers as she was near death. Nursed back to healh and welcomed to the colony as a free woman. Her main duties are helping with cooking and farming. She has been stabbed in the neck and shot twice in the right leg, all of which has left nasty scars. Despite the scarring she is viewed as being very pretty.

Wallaby - 51 yr old, Male, who is drug friendly, and polite. Kinsey rating of 0. Wallaby was a wanderer who joined the colony. He likes animals and helps with construction. He has become and important member of the colong. . He has become an alcoholic and developed liver cancer.

Donkey (deceased) - 14 yr old, Male, who is intelligent and polite. He is the son of Ant and Raccoon. He is liked by everyone. Following in his dad and mom's footsteps he has a knack for contruction, medicine, and crafting. Donkey was killed in action rescuing Von Schild during a raid. Donkey was shot in the head with a bolt action rifle by a member of the Decayed Apes Colony.

Green - 15 yr old, Male, who is Confident and trusting. He is the son of Von Schild and Pitts. He enjoys medicine, farming, and crafting.

Vulture - 14 yr old, Female, Experimental and Upbeat. She is the daughter of Ant and Raccoon. Good with construction, and medicine.

Navar - Is an old ape (44 yrs old). Who is drug friendly and organized. He previously worked as an advisor. He was a former Decayed Ape member who was captured in a raid. He suffered severe injuries and his left shoulder was blown off. He also has cataracts and is quite frail. He helps the colony by doing research. He is slowly becoming accepted within the colony by everyone except Pitts. Pitts has physically beaten Navar twice including beating him so badly one time that he was left unconsious in the research room. Navar suffered a myocardial infarction but was quickly brought to the hospital by Green. Raccoon was waiting for Navar and Green and began immediate a medical intervention. Navar suffered no lasting effects from his heart attack due to the quick actions of Green and Raccoon.  

Kazuko (deceased)  - Was an ape who joined at the same time as Navar and was also a Decayed ape member. Part of ship crashed outside of our base late one night. Kazuko went to investigate and was attacked by two mechaniods. She suffered a fatal head injury in the process.

Agent - He was found in a crashed escape pod near the ocean. Wallaby pulled him to safety. Agent then joined the colony. He is an expert at shooting.

Farley - 14 yr old, Female. Extroverted and emotional. Daugther of Mike and Mars. Excels at construction and working with animals.

Irgo - 14 yr old, Male. Extroverted and Intelligent. Son of Ant and Raccoon. Excellent builder and crafter.
