18th Century Cooking
This is a youtube channel I have been checking out for a while now. It is dedicated to 18th century living but mostly 18th century cooking. I orginically came across this channel when I was looking up how to make hard tack. I never made it but I wanted to see how it was made and this channel delivers. The host has a contagious enthusiasm for what he does and that makes watching all his videos enjoyable.

I like some of the titles like 'Food of the Enslaved' (recipes from African slaves) and Cooking during the 'Revolutionary War salt shortage' and 'Simple Soldier Cooking Without Utensils'

Re: 18th Century Cooking
There seems to be a real cultural upswing in interest about 'primitive' technologies. YT channels on those subjects bring in a wide audience. I think people are tired of having to rely on corporations to met every basic need. 'I can't just make it myself?'
