Gems from the CBC2 vaults

CBC-2 might be described as playing 'CANCON adult contemporary' and that should frighten most of the kids into switching channels. I will sometimes call pleasant but bland modern music 'CBC2 music'.

Despite this, I have enjoyed many songs discovered on CBC2 and I have really enjoyed hearing about this music from my friends. It nice to have a public service that helps people hear great new songs as they are driving to work or doing yard work.

These songs aren't just piracy or nostalgia, they are legit modern Canadian music and I appreciate that.
