JS Ondara...now known as Ondara

Heard this guy on CKLU, likely on acoustic cafe.  Really enjoyed his music - kind of a male version of Tracy Chapman (love her) to me.

Last month, I was listening to the 'Billboard Top 100' for the years between 1976-1992 and when Tracy Chapman's 'Fast Car' appears in 1988 it is a lightning bolt. So much crap music starts dominating the charts in the mid-to-late 80s and when the blinding light of Chapman strikes it immediately reveals all the other songs for what they are: strange industry creations that only rule the charts due to PR, marketing and promotion. Very few drops of real music in 'Billboard Top 100'.

I'm enjoying Ondara. I was the pace and emotion of folk music wasn't so foreign to our current culture.
