It was nice to read the video analysis. It was clear (even though the producers say otherwise) that there was significant symbolism in the video. I couldnt' tell what country the main characters were suppose to represent as their countries name tags were blurred out. I could make out the one of them was likely the US but I wasn't sure about the other. At least that post clarfied that it was the UK.

To be clear: this video is a masterpiece.

The version on vimeo is the international one and does not have the names blurred out. The US is flanked by Sweden and Canada.
