Fake News being removed

I have been using google as my default search engine for what feels like forever. Google has said they would take action against fake news sites and from my understanding it was removing them from their ad revenue program. Google has yet to release a list of their over 200 sites that will be affected.

Today the website naturalnews.com has been removed from the actual search engine results. Now I never used that site but that level of censorship does scare me. If I want to read an anti vax blog I should be able to...Google should decide that for me.

So does anyone have suggestions for alternative search engines?

It's a little scary. Right now you can't even search naturalnews.com using the "site:" operator.
https://ismywebsitepenalized.com/ is another way to check if a website is being banned by Google.

Less scarily Infowars.com just had a major ad sponsor drop them for their pro-Trump hysteria.
