It that vein, here is the biggest laugh I had this week and the first Trump speech I've listened to since his proto-fascist address to the CIA.

April 10th Update (according to the internet):

After yet another Syrian 'chemical weapon' false-flag triggered yet another Trump twitter tirade, Israel in the midst of slaughtering Palestinians sent over a sub to launch missiles at Syrian Army bases. The Syrians claim some of these missiles were intercepted but some got through. Now US and Russian subs and anti-sub planes are circling off of Syria's coast.  The Russians are also jamming US drones.

The US has built bases in Syria and Israel/Saudi/ISIS are the US's proxies in that region commited to the destruction of Syria. Iran and Russia are committed to keeping the Syrian state alive. Turkey and the Kurds are playing both sides.

Russian diplomats are rushing off to China and there may even be China battleships are coming to the Mediterranean.

The Trump administration is the dumpster-fire everyone predicted. He has surrounded himself with neo-con crazies as multiple lawsuits explode around him. The Democrats are so useless and soulless they can only bay for war against "Putin" and offer no true "resistance".

In this month we'll see Trump engage in a escalating trade-war with China, unilaterally pull-out of the Iran deal and have a face-to-face summit with North Korea, in addition to his fulfilling his recent Twitter promise that Syria will "pay a Big Price." He has boasted war-spending to insane levels, promised to start "winning" wars, put vital industries on war-time footing, and expelled dozens of Russian diplomats.

The propaganda machine is full swing to bring about war. Large chucks of the North American population are in full delusion about "Putin" or "Assad" or "evil Iran". The right-wingers who screamed so shrilling about Obama's warmonger are now Trump's army of personal fart-catchers. Trump's election has effectively functioned as a 911-type shock in the popular psyche and now we are in the 'Saddam has WMD'-phase.

This is high-wire 'brinksmanship' and/or a recipe for a major conflict.

It may blow over like the previous American cruise missile attack on Syria (but that attack was also a place-holder example to the set the precedent that the US has the right to bomb Syria). If it doesn't..... I don't know. Maybe another US-led invasion, the dismantling of Syria has already begun. It really depends on what Russia and Iran decided.

I'm so soul-tired of being terrorized by American presidents. This has to end.

Will the endless winter of the "War of Terror" never end? Will spring never come?

Or maybe America itself is the source of this darkness again engulfing the human spirit.

An elderly ego-maniac president surrounded by relatives, generals and neo-cons and boxed in by a corrupt FBI investigation is a dangerously volatile situation.
It is also an exploitable situation. Blackmail is how intelligence operations work.

Would it be safe to say this would all be happening, irrespective of who the current president of the USA is?
