I tried the "Host an Image" icon, to no avail...

Click 'host an image', drag a photo into the pop-up box and then cut and paste the link it generates into the forum message you are posting.

Did some photography over the weekend and I experienced just how hard it is to get a good shot through foliage - but the faded red/grey of that grosbeak is worth capturing.
