Organizing your internal realm - the thoughts, meme and emotions - into something presentable to the public is the secret sauce. It is blunt psychological exercise. From chaos to communication.

The second secret sauce is community. Read what others write. Most media diets are almost all imported American crap, try consuming local. It will be dirtier and less dazzling (it is hard to make stuff 'dazzle' without sufficient capital backing) but you know where it came from.
