I remember, when I ran the store on Gertrude, a teacher used to come over every lunch hour and have a smoke with me behind the building (tobacco); he was warned about smoking within sight of the students. It is not a job I would want as it is far to political for my tastes. If it is any consolation, John, I was raised as a minister's kid and was held to high standards such as that. In a tunnel-reality such as that it is either sumbit or break despite your own personal proclivities. Perhaps that is why I consider education and some bureaucratic institutions religions in and of themselves.

Hey Dave! I don't generally think of grade-school teaching as "too political" but the description is accurate.

The sad news is that the Rainbow District School Board didn't just warn John but did something even more sinister... Since posting this final message he has not been heard from again! Disappeared completely! Here is the last undecipherable email I received from him:

ok I need to call shenanigans on johns supposed "last message". First off, who types nowadays with such great "speech to text" all the new phones got and secondly the J key is no where near the S key. He would have had to have had quite the jump to make that mistake. And how could he possibly put in exclamation points... oh wait !... oh... hold down the shift key with your tongue and hit 1 with your nose.... well I guess it could be possible.
